Real Time TIN Matching - High Failure Rates
RTT failure rates have returned to normal and the service is functioning as expected. Sovos is continuing to monitor to ensure RTT continues to function as expected.
Sovos is observing higher than usual failure rates in RTT since yesterday evening. We are investigating the issue and have reached out to the IRS for additional assistance. We will provide additional updates shortly.
