Sovos received confirmation from our data center provider that all availability issues are resolved. There were no additional service interruptions overnight.

Sovos is aware of intermittent issues with our Data Center Provider impacting availability of our products. As a result, our products were inaccessible between 5:26 PM to 5:36 PM and 6:01 PM to 6:06 PM Central.

At this time, our products all available and operating normally. Our tech teams are working with our vendor to ensure no additional impact. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as soon as more information is available.
